For the inaugural WAVE 2025 executive summit, Cresta AI engaged Staging Solutions, a seasoned partner who understood the company’s need for flawless, live demonstrations and a cool setting that would engage and impress their hand-picked VIP audience. Cresta also required excellent budget stewardship and a partner experienced enough for an overnight load-in that provided expert fit-and-finish in only a few hours, including fully-functional tech.

Project Highlights

 

A clean, elegant set designed by Staging Solutions projected confidence and connection with the invitation-only audience, supporting meaningful engagement and opportunities to look closely at the products and how they work. The setting was designed to foster meaningful conversation and networking, elevating expectations for future events. Removing technical and operational risk in the room while installing in an extremely limited timeframe delivered a premium experience in a less-than-ideal circumstance.
