We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily accounting operations with a strong emphasis on accounts payable processing and workflow management. This role is responsible for managing vendor invoices, coding expenses accurately, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments across multiple projects and entities.
In this role, you’ll develop mechanical concept designs and drawings, collaborate on set and stage designs, create CNC and 3D print files. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with our fabrication shop to oversee the creation and construction of set pieces, making sure everything is event-ready.
Our in-house team at the GRB works onsite to bring events to life, providing hands-on support and real-time solutions for our clients. Located within the George R. Brown Convention Center, these roles are fast-paced and client-facing, focused on delivering flawless onsite experiences.
