You’ll be the trusted point of contact for show organizers and exhibitors—scoping solutions, coordinating rigging, AV, and our suite of services, and ensuring every aspect of our work looks and performs its best. What you’ll do
• Build and foster client relationships end-to-end: discovery → quotes → SOW → invoicing.
• Drive revenue with our suite of services across various events coming into the GRB Convention Center; balance inbound with proactive outreach.
• Coordinate I&D with onsite labor and service providers; keep timelines and safety on track.
• Operate within venue rules (building exclusives, pricing) while unlocking the best outcome for exhibitors.
• Update CRM (Monday CRM), keep lean documentation, ensure accurate billing, and capture post-event notes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Admin, and GRB/Houston First stakeholders to deliver a flawless experience.
What you bring
• 3+ years in conventions, hospitality, AV, or exhibits (sales or operations).
• Excellent attention to detail and relentless curiosity—you ask great questions and close loops.
• Clear, courteous communicator who follows through quickly.
• Confidence juggling multiple exhibitors without dropping details.
• Working knowledge of quotes, SOWs, COIs, venue diagrams, and basic margin awareness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, LinkedIn; CRM experience with Monday CRM (or similar).
Nice to have
• Hands-on I&D coordination experience.
• Familiarity with exhibit services, rigging, AV/staging, labor and show logistics.
