In March 2025, Cotality (formerly CoreLogic) hosted INTRConnect at the JW Marriott Los Angeles as a key moment in its rebrand and renewed industry positioning. Staging Solutions was brought on to lead the full general session experience — including scenic and stage design, immersive content creation, sound design, and complete event production: show direction, rehearsals, and show calling.

 

Working closely with Cotality’s internal creative team, we developed a sleek, high-impact scenic environment that visually reinforced the event theme, “Beyond All Limits.” Our design featured an expansive three-screen, LED canvas and fully customized animated environments that responded in scale and movement to the presenters on stage. These virtual scenic vignettes transported both presenters and audience into various stylized home interiors — aligning with the emotional core of property insurance: protecting where people live. This solution made complex content more human and relatable, helping to underscore Cotality’s mission in a resonant way.

 

By combining high-end media, cinematic lighting, and intentional sound design, the content transcended the typical corporate backdrop – it became part of the message. Staging Solutions’ role went beyond execution; we helped elevate Cotality’s storytelling with cohesive, emotionally grounded design and technical precision, ensuring that every cue supported the brand’s transformation and the audience’s experience.
