Tim Thomson

Tim began his career as a filmmaker and visual storyteller at age 8 with his parents’ 8mm camera.  His first industry gig was as a live television director; he then became an award-winning director, editor and designer of film, video and independent media projects. He was a principal owner, editor and writer/producer with Contemporary Productions Corporation, and a freelance post-production designer before launching Hot Pixel Action, a boutique media production house that became Staging Solutions’ media department in 2009.

In 2011, he was named one of Houston’s Top 100 Creatives by the Houston Press.  He is both a creative director and the leader of Staging’s media department.
