In an effort to keep our community informed, we need to make you aware that at least one individual tested positive for COVID-19. This information was brought to our attention immediately. Please understand that in the interest of privacy and applicable law we may not disclose the name of the person or persons with a lab-confirmed case.
The individual(s) will stay home until he/she receives clearance to return to guidance from doctor. We plan to separately notify any individual(s) later today who may have been identified as a ‘close contact’ with the individual(s) identified as a confirmed case. At that time, we will recommend next steps.
As a reminder, you are required to review and complete the daily COVID-19 screening questions prior engaging in work in order to be cleared for work the next day. Please remain in quarantine status if you indicate any symptoms.
Staging Solutions Inc. has worked extremely hard to make sure proper health and safety protocols have been put in place to ensure a safe return to work for our employees and guests. The company remains committed to enacting additional practices to reduce spread of potential illnesses inside our offices, specifically related to the standard and enhanced sanitation plans. When there is notice of a confirmed case at a workplace, the company activates its enhanced sanitation plan where the entire building is sanitized. In this enhanced process, all surfaces of the building are coated with a sanitizing mist to provide a clean and safe environment before students return to work the next day. Also, all employees and guests are instructed to continue following CDC guidelines and practice safety protocols by wearing a face covering, washing hands or using hand sanitizer, and social distancing when applicable.
