Objective
The client’s primary goal was to deliver a seamless, branded experience across all programmed spaces, including plenaries and exhibit floor theaters. Aesthetic consistency and a high level of craftsmanship were important in helping the event stand out from typical corporate events. The client also required real-time support for speaker sessions and print deliverables, with the ability to handle fast-paced updates across global stakeholder teams. Consolidating scenic, AV, and event operations under a single vendor was critical to streamline communication, manage logistics, and ensure accountability from concept to execution.
Execution
We led the project across all phases—from concept development and design revisions through final delivery. The team managed creative direction, environmental design, and multiple rounds of scenic and fabrication updates, adjusting to evolving feedback from international stakeholders. Fabrication teams handled CNC programming, material orders, and full scenic load-in. Event production management teams delivered AV system integration and on-site show support, including speaker-ready room logistics and real-time slide updates.
