Staging Solutions supported PowerSchool’s annual customer summit, EDGE 2025—a gathering of approximately 400 K–12 administrators, teachers, and education program leaders. The event included keynotes, C-level announcements, live demos, breakout sessions, and onsite brand activations.
This year marked PowerSchool’s first use of a full LED wall stage environment, designed and built by Staging Solutions. The team developed wide-screen content featuring edge-to-edge motion, layered with 16:9 presentation formats and IMAG to create a dynamic visual experience. In addition to managing the general session, Staging Solutions executed six concurrent breakout rooms, all of which ran smoothly. The experience was further enhanced with a live performance by a middle school steel drum band and a puppy petting activation in the foyer—elements that added energy and warmth to the event environment.
Client feedback was highly positive, describing the event as “flawless” and “10 out of 10.” Audience reactions were described as engaged and enthusiastic. PowerSchool team members remarked on the impact of the upgraded content and scenic design, noting the room’s transformation and the energy of the experience.
