The HPE Discover event is no stranger to scale, and this year’s edition was more extensive than ever. Our team oversaw vital technical elements and on-site production management, from floor-to-ceiling AV setups to creating seamless transitions between hundreds of presentations. The task may seem daunting, but with our extensive experience and attention to detail, we ensured every session ran like clockwork.
Our role extended across several areas:
- We managed 28 rooms, including nine fully supported training rooms, handling all production technology, from flip charts to audio recording.
- Our team designed and facilitated spaces for speakers, working closely with client-side project managers. This effort required coordination between numerous stakeholders to ensure both presenters and attendees had a seamless experience.
