The sales and marketing producer develops materials and strategies that communicate our core values and capabilities to existing and future clients. The primary focus is marketing; the secondary focus is developing relationships that lead to inbound and outbound sales opportunities. These relationships are integral to the success of transitioning marketing into a sales lead. This position would help cultivate both outbound and inbound sales.

Sales & Marketing Producer Job Duties

  • Cultivate brand stewardship in all departments
  • Assist the sales and creative teams to develop unified messaging 
  • Support the development and promotion of brand guidelines, collateral, marketing pieces, and capabilities materials, including case studies and archival photos 
  • Coordinate with leadership to develop content launch strategies for products, integrations, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and update digital communications through the website, social media, and CMS platforms to increase awareness and sales
  • Monitor website traffic, SEO, and keyword performance
  • Integrate CRM strategies into daily business operations, and maintain the CRM database
  • Increase networking opportunities with existing clients and in the community at large
  • Develop a comprehensive list of potential clients
  • Cultivate relationships with Fortune 500 industry leaders
  • Cultivate sales leads within the hospitality industry
  • Sales leadership, preferably in the hospitality industry and experience in related vertical market segments
  • Action oriented rather than strictly a delegator 
  • Complete understanding of the marketplace, competitive brands, as well as key points to sell high end experiences 
  • Develop and implement marketing personas that create direct channel verticals and KPI’s based on those personas

 

Sales & Marketing Producer Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in the industry, market, competitive brands, and key strategies around selling high-end experiences 
  • Excellent skills in written and oral communication, grammar, and proofreading; excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Performance Metrics, and LinkedIn 
  • Professional, confident presence and passion for tackling new challenges
  • Positive attitude and approachable demeanor, capacity to mesh with varying personalities and styles of work
  • Ability to inspire trust and build relationships with clients and coworkers
